Surveys
With this module, surveys can be created more quickly and configured individually and flexibly. Customer-specific requirements and preferences are already integrated, and the data collection can take place directly at the point of sale.
In order to optimally capture the situation at the point of sale and document it transparently for future visits, all surveys can be supplemented with photos of the shelf with your own products as well as competitor products.
The survey module can be linked to the order module via an EDI or SAP connection. This allows you to record and transmit orders directly at the point of sale.
